The Mizzou Recreation Center offers many different options for students to unwind after classes or workouts. Students have access to ZouLife, which provides manicures, pedicures, massages and many more services that some students aren't even aware of.
The Grotto is another perfect place for students to relieve stress from school. In the grotto, students can catch the fast currents of the lazy river and the whirlpool. They can also enjoy the warmth of the hot tub, steam room and sauna. When the weather is warm, members have access to Truman's Pond, which is the Grotto's outdoor pool.
