Bria McWoods
Bria McWoods is a sophomore Journalism student from Saint Louis, Missouri. She followed in her mother’s footsteps in coming to Mizzou but decided to take her own path and decided to focus on sports broadcast journalism and not do Track & Field in college. Although Sports marketing is not offered at the University of Missouri she wants to minor in that. She loves watching and talking about sports and has aspirations of working for the ESPN, NBA, or FIFA. In her spare time she loves hanging out with family and friends and watching Netflix. Kayla Piedimonte
Kayla Piedimonte is a sophomore at Mizzou. She is currently studying journalism and looking to get a minor in Textile and Apparel Management. Kayla wants to go into magazine journalism and hopefully someday work for Seventeen Magazine. Kayla is from the St. Louis area and has lived there all her life. Samantha Peterson is a sophomore at the University of Missouri. Born and raised in Chesterfield, MO, Samantha is the fourth generation in her family to attend Mizzou. She is a Journalism major with an emphasis in Strategic Communications. Although she has no idea what her future plans with her major is, she plans on taking advantage of attending the top Journalism school in country. When she isn’t studying, Samantha attends to her duties as the president of her sorority, Gamma Phi Beta, and is also a waitress at a local Columbia restaurant called The Heidelberg.
